What the messages are. Conversational replies to your inquiry, answers to your questions, property details, offer updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups about the same conversation. For team and partner members, the messages are alerts about leads, conversations and system activity. We do not send promotional or marketing blasts.

How you opt in. You can start receiving texts in any of these ways:

• On a form on our website, by checking the optional text-message box, which reads: “I agree to receive transactional or conversational communications from Jesemm Home Ventures via text messages and phone calls related to my real estate inquiry, such as property details, responses, and appointment confirmations — including calls and texts placed or answered by an AI voice or chat assistant on Jesemm Home Ventures' behalf, rather than a live person. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply. Your information is secure and will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional purposes.” Checking the box is never required to submit a form.
